I first visited Dr. Brothers a month ago after sustaining an injury to my mouth. I needed emergency dental surgery, and Dr. Brothers was quick to assess the situation. She was incredibly kind, thorough in explaining the injury and the required surgery, and made sure I understood the follow-up care I'd need for the coming months. She scheduled the procedure right away, and I’ve been closely monitored by her and her team ever since. While the experience was overwhelming, I truly trust Dr. Brothers and her staff to provide excellent care.
It was pretty fast and efficient visit, conveniently located to our place. The doctor and staffs are friendly, there is a warm welcoming vibe. I saw Dr. Thibault and my first visit went great. Highly recommend this place in Bedford!
Started with Bedford South recently, and it's been a very positive experience so far. I have some minor anxiety and claustrophobia, which makes appointments somewhat difficult. I also have jaw issues requiring me to Jace short appointments. From my new patient exam to my cleaning to my 2 fillings appointment, I've been made to feel that my concerns are valid and not a hassle to them. They've given me some good advice for at home care, and I'm creating good habits as a result. My appointment today was thorough and filled with laughter. I combat all situations with sarcasm and jokes, and Dr. Allison's assistant was perfect for this. Dr. Allison was incredibly patient, quick, and just so friendly and helpful. This has been my first good experience at a dentist ever.
My son had his first dentist appointment today and we had a great experience. Dr Thibault was so knowledgeable and professional, and the hygienist Mary was absolutely amazing with my son who is 3 years old. Highly recommend
Very experienced and knowledgeable staff! I hate needles but Dr. Brothers was awesome - I hardly felt the needle because she uses numbing gel and spray. I highly recommend this dentist and her staff!!!
They are the best! My experience was so smooth and gentle that I even took a nap while they worked on my teeth. 😊 I love them!

Appointment was on time, very thorough hygienist and as a bonus I was able to use the new government insurance plan for the first time.
I took my little one came for his teeth check, staffs are super nice and patient, they have lots of patience and experience with toddler! My son used to fear of strangers but he looks so relax here! and he said he loves here he will back for his next check up in the future! I’m glad we come here , I recommend here to everyone
